Terrence Gaughan - Senior Partner/Western Ops

Terry Gaughan has more than 14 years of experience in the IT and Financial Services industries. He oversees all aspects of DevSelect from sales and growth to delivery of services. Prior to founding DevSelect in 1998, he held the position of Vice President, Consulting Services for Interactive Objects (OBJX), a publicly traded product and services firm located in the Redmond, WA. where he built a multi- million dollar consulting services division working with clients including Safeco Insurance, Eddie Bauer/Speigel and Microsoft. Prior to IO Mr. Gaughan was Director, Sales in the North West for Consultis, a global project consulting and technical staffing firm headquartered in Boca Raton, FL. In the financial services industry Mr. Gaughan was National Sales Director for Insurance Advocates, an insurance and financial services brokerage located in Kirkland, WA. Mr. Gaughan attended the University of New Haven where he studied Business Management.

Christopher Frothingham - Senior Partner/Eastern Ops

Chris Frothingham brings over 12 years of enterprise consulting experience to DevSelect and is responsible for managing the Enterprise Services practice and Sales and Marketing group.  Prior to DevSelect, Chris was a Principal at CGI-AMS where he led business development activities in the Pacific Northwest and worked as a management consultant in Switzerland, U.S., and Australia for communications, media and entertainment clients.  Chris is also COO and Co-Founder of Verde Energy, a renewable energy firm based in Texas and is the Vice Chairman of the Board for Southern Minerals, an Austin-based independent exploration and production company focused on domestic natural gas reserves.  Chris is a graduate of Northeastern University's College of Business Administration in Boston, Massachusetts.
